Today I want to share a new version of the Scandinavian crochet gnome with you. This is a mini version of the big gnome that I released last Christmas.

I have altered the pattern and I am so excited to share it with you today! I have to warn you, they multiple! Before you know it, you might end up with a hole town of gnomes!

However, gnomes are so cute, I don’t think anyone would mind having many of them. At least I don’t.

The Yarn

The yarn that I’ve used is sponsored by Hobbii. I loved to work with this yarn, because it has a nice shimmer to it, doesn’t split, and look at those colors! I used these colors; 59, 10. 01 and 46.

Written version -please read this

If you want the written pattern, you can find it here. However, be sure to follow the instructions for the small gnome. Use a smaller hook and thinner yarn.

You can find all the Infos at the beginning of the video, so be sure to watch that. I basically only changed the pattern for the beard and the nose, so you can fast forward to that part.
