Today we are going to have a look at the boxed bead stitch. This is such a beautiful and simple stitch! However, I haven’t seen many patterns using this fabulous stitch.

I can also think of many other projects where this stitch pattern would look great! For example shawls, stoles and home accessories, and it looks beautiful in crips yarn that are lightweight

Maybe you have heard of the bead stitch, well, boxed beads are an extension of the bead stitch.

All you need is a crochet hook and some yarn and you are good to go! In this tutorial, I am using Clover Amour. If you haven’t tried these hooks, I highly recommend it! I crochet faster with these hooks and they have a soft grip which helps me prevent wrist pain.
